Great Web Hosting
Every one needs a good web host for their sites – no ifs, ands or buts!
I have been with my hosting provider for some two years now and I have to say they have provided me outstanding service – no, I am not a high dollar player with them. But let me tell you, there are some well known names who do host with them. Such as Mike Filsaime.
I am not a programmer or tech person, so their support has always been important to me – it has been Top Notch! And I have given them some problems over time! They have always been friendly, courteous and willing to work until the problems are solved.
Most recently I ran into some financial challenges when my bank account was drained. This web host has gone out of its way to ensure my sites continued ‘uninterrupted’ while I sorted out the problems and could get the necessary payments to them. And they volunteered a plan to do this for me – It was not at my request!
All my life customer service has been my goal, no matter what my job description has been. I can’t say enough about the folks at this web host and their service!
